When an old family friend asked Carrie and Craig Kosinski to take care of her young twins, they responded positively.
Carrie and Craig offered to take temporary custody of the adorable girls.
But as the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into months, the girls became permanent members of the family.
Carrie and Craig had always envisioned having children, but they had no idea what their journey would entail.
Adalynn and Kenadi were born on February 28, 2014 The twins were born via emergency C-section, and the Kosinkis were granted legal guardianship of the girls at three months of age.
After a few years of raising their adopted twins, Carrie and Craig heard from their biological mother, who informed them that she was dealing with another heartbreaking situation.
She had significant problems in her life and struggled to make things work. She inquired as to whether the couple would be willing to adopt Cece and J.J., her two-year-old twins.

The younger twins were biologically related to Kenna and Adalynn.
Carrie and Craig from Union Grove, Wisconsin, contemplated the correct action for a considerable amount of time.
During the adoption process with Kenna and Adalynn, the couple had multiple unsuccessful attempts to become pregnant.
They had no idea what was wrong for a long time before deciding to see a doctor, who delivered tragic news.
Carrie could not conceive naturally because she had severe endometriosis, according to the doctor. Therefore, having biological children was essentially out of the question; thus, they turned to adoption.

“It was a difficult decision. We were trying to get pregnant ourselves. But they were siblings so that was definitely was part of our consideration — we wanted to keep the siblings together,” Carrie told The Journal Times.
However, Carrie and Craig set aside their personal concerns and informed the mother that they would be delighted to adopt the twins.
But, just a few weeks after the arrival of Cece and J.J. Carrie felt strange and realized she needed to visit the doctor, according to her family.
In September of 2015, an ultrasound confirmed Carrie’s own pregnancy. In fact, the screen displayed not one but two fetuses! This would be their third set of twins in the past five years!
”We were in shock, but super happy,” Carrie Kosinski told Today.
Craig and Carrie knew that their pregnancy was a gift from a higher power, despite the fact that they were initially overwhelmed. The parents resolved to do everything possible to ensure that their six children grew up in a safe and loving environment.
However, fate would soon pay the family another visit, and the family’s physicians could hardly believe what transpired.

Unbelievably, Karraline and Clarissa were born on the same day as the other two sets of twins, February 28.
”We were very shocked. We were like ‘oh my God we are going to have three sets of twins. What are we going to do with ourselves? ’”, Carrie recalled.
The fact that all of Carrie and Craig’s children share the same birthday was a clear indication that this was meant to be.
Carrie tells The Journal Times, “God obviously has a sense of humor.”
Carrie gave birth to Karraline and Clarissa in week 25 of her pregnancy via in vitro fertilization. Their biological twins were required to spend months in neonatal intensive care. However, when they were finally permitted to return home, Karraline and Clarissa were healthy and robust.
Having three sets of twins under one roof is obviously expensive, but many members of the surrounding community have offered financial assistance.

Through fundraising websites such as GoFundMe and AdoptTogether, generous strangers from across the nation assisted the family in meeting their growing expenses and high costs.
”I have to be very organized and keep to a schedule, or things get out of hand,” Carrie says.
The fact that all six children were born on the same day, including Cece and J.J. Craig and Carrie’s children’s birth dates — Adalynn and Kenna on February 28, 2013, Karraline and Clarissa on February 28, 2014, and Karraline and Clarissa on February 28, 2016 — make them believe that someone in heaven had a plan for their family.
Carrie stated, ”We believe that because God adopted us into His family that we were meant to adopt these children into our family,” Carrie said. ”It’s such a huge blessing to us. We love all our children the same. We wouldn’t want our lives to be any different.”
Today, this family is living the good life, and for Carrie and Craig, it must be such a blessing to watch their beautiful children grow up.
“They are all very different. Each has their very own personality, which is very fun, but we get pulled in six different directions,” Carrie told Today.
